If your business is under 2 years old or may have derogatory information, we may need to view the credit of the owner(s) and may need the last 3 months business bank statements (first page only for each month). If you have a current business license, please fax it to (954-725-2746) or attach it with the vendor profile. Please contact us with any questions.
